MACRO MONDAY ~ DANISH COOKIES

These tiny cookies are always baked around Christmastime. They are called Peppernuts and are quite spicy for such a small cookie. When I was a boy, we would eat a bunch and tell people we ate a hundred cookies in one day. Probably not, but it sure was fun trying.
